Cauliflower Salad

There are 16 net grams of carbs in this entire salad.

Ingredients:
*One small head of cauliflower, steamed
*One ounce of chopped raw onion
*Two dill pickles, chopped
*One hardboiled egg, chopped
*Two pepperoncinis, chopped
*1/3 cup of smoked ham, diced into very small pieces
*1/4 cup of your favorite shredded cheese
*Two to three tablespoons of fresh parsley
*One tablespoon of Dijon mustard
*1/4 cup of mayo
*1/4 cup of sour cream
*Two tablespoons of Italian dressing

Directions:
Chop the steamed cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, toss with chopped onion, pickles, egg, pepperoncinis, cheese and ham.

Thoroughly mix mayo, sour cream, dressing, mustard and parsley in a separate container, and then combine all ingredients.

Let sit in the refrigerator until salad is nice and cool.
